In Uganda development aid is being offered on a large scale. Large international aid-organizations as well as smaller private initiatives are dedicated to improve the opportunities for development. This however does not always lead to successful stories. Being unfamiliar with or ignorant about cultural backgrounds and a lack of a local network regularly result in delay, disappointment or, in the worst case, abusive situations within a project. 

ICU Service Centre works together with you to turn your idea into a success. Organizations and individuals are welcome to come to us for advice, project and concept development, guidance, training and project management. We think along with you and give special attention to different  aspects within projects which are precisely important for the Ugandan context. ICU Service Centre also acts as an intermediary between investors and Ugandan partners.

 ICU Service Centre works with both western and Ugandan employees.  Because of this, ICU reasons from both perspectives. In its approach ICU Service Centre pays attention to making a connection between both parties, among other things. Doing so, realistic and achievable goals can be made.
